What else do we appreciate (but is not a requirement)?
- Experience with designing structures
- Experience with automated testing tools (Squish, Ranorex, etc.) and QA testing
- Experience working in an agile environment, good knowledge of agile principles and methods
- Practical experience with technical calculations, including the finite element method
- Experience with programming in various languages
- Good work organization and ability to follow through
- Positive attitude, courage to try new things, experiment, and make mistakes
