This suspension bridge was built by 30 students of Engineers Without Borders Karlsruhe Institute of Technology e.V. in Pitigala, Sri Lanka. With a steel structure and a span of 30 meters, it spans the Bentara River. Supported by soldiers and villagers, the construction took 14 weeks. The RSTAB model shows the deformation of the bridge.
