The Holy Mosque in Mecca is the most important mosque in Islam and also the largest in the world. It is being enlarged by another story around the central sanctuary of the Kaaba. The project is called "Mataf Extension".
It is a reinforced concrete structure with a slab span of 15 m and main beams measuring H / W = 2.2 m / 3.6 m with a span of 23 m.
