Rubner Objektbau GmbH has built a modern timber residential complex in Brescia. The first timber project for the Lombard residential construction institute A.L.E.R. involves four complexes with a total of 72 residential units. The customer Rubner Holzbau AG from Brixen was responsible for the timber structures, displayed as Rubner (© Rubner). The architectural design was created by the Milan-based architects 5+1AA S.R.L. (Genoa branch). The residential Complex B was modeled in RFEM.
