The parameterized FE model enables precise design of rigid end plate joints by flexibly adjusting essential parameters such as connection, end plate, ring book, and DSTV. It provides a detailed mesh structure robustly simulated using modern finite element methods. The approach allows for the analysis of different connection variants, thus supporting the design of customized solutions. The attached image (https://www.dlubal.com/de/img/13904) illustrates the element structure and interface definition in the model.
