This parameterized FE model allows for the design of rigid end plate joints. In particular, it handles connections via gusset plates with parameters that can be designed according to the DSTV standard. The model was developed to increase efficiency and accuracy in the design and dimensioning of such connections in the context of steel structures. Parameterization options allow the model to be adapted to specific requirements, thus optimizing structural performance.
