The model “RAISING THE STANDARD OF LIVING IN SPLUGA” shows a future territorial development project in the Spluga Valley, created as part of the thesis by Arianna Fassi and Fernanda Speciale. It is an existing reinforced concrete building designed to expand the training center in Chiavenna. This model analyzes innovative visions for strengthening the local community and the educational potential of the region. The approach is based on reinforced concrete structures for innovative construction.
