This model represents an eco-designed six-story office building located in Grenoble, France. The structure combines timber and concrete, with spruce elements and an integrated photovoltaic installation. The analysis includes stability and dynamics using the RFEM, RF-TIMBER Pro, RF-STABILITY, and RF-DYNAM Pro add-on modules. Vegetation has been taken into account to improve sustainability. This project highlights timber structure engineering.
