The project involves the development of structural design for a single-family house located on a slope, taking into account architectural, structural, and geotechnical conditions.
The two-story building with partial basement is designed as a reinforced concrete structure. The investment site required special consideration of specific soil and groundwater conditions. The thesis includes detailed static and strength calculations of structural elements, such as a floor slab, beams, columns, walls, and foundations.
RFEM software was used to model the entire structure and perform the analysis. Additionally, the impact of concrete shrinkage caused by technological breaks on structural elements was analyzed. Finally, technical drawings were prepared for all calculated reinforced concrete elements, showing how the reinforcement is distributed and compiled.
