In general, our company is divided into four large departments. As a civil engineer, you have four different areas of work that we would like to introduce to you in more detail.

1) Product Development

Do you always have new ideas, are you unafraid to try new things, and is your goal to put customers' wishes into practice? Then product development might be just right for you.
As a Product Engineer, you will act as the interface between the customer and the programmers in our development department. You are responsible for ensuring that customer requests and suggestions are implemented in the software. This way, you help us to make our products even better every day.

2) Service / Support

Are you eager to help and do you like to support others? Is customer care something that you feel comfortable with and are you passionate about ensuring that every problem, no matter how small, is resolved? In this case, the Service / Support area could be of interest to you.
As a Support Engineer, you are the point of contact for our customers when they reach us with their concerns. Our support engineers are trained extensively. Not only do they know their way around structural steel and concrete analysis, they also master almost all areas of structural engineering. They are the ones who have mastered our programs the best. There is not a single feature of our software that you are not familiar with.

3) Marketing & PR

Do you feel completely at home out of the box, and are you creative and bursting with ideas? Then the marketing and PR department could become a new home for you as a Marketing Manager at Dlubal. Marketing and public relations are very important to our company. Moreover, this field of activity is full of opportunities to become creatively productive.
As a Marketing Manager, you will develop new market strategies that will bring our company forward in the long term. With gripping headlines, you convince our customers and our community with campaigns that inspire and attract new, interested parties. The presentation of our company and our software programs on our social media channels or at trade fairs is also part of your area of responsibility. Creating and implementing new ideas with creativity is the core of this position in our company.

4) Distribution

Do you have a certain talent for rhetoric and dealing diplomatically with people? Do you approach others confidently and convincingly? Then you should take a closer look at the sales area of our company.
As a Sales Engineer, you are part of our sales team. This field of activity is exciting; you deal with both technology and customers. A sales engineer at Dlubal Software is responsible for ensuring that our products ultimately get to the customers.
