What makes a good setter?

Your Duties as Setter at Dlubal

Your main job is to classify prospects accordingly. You call them, talk to them and, based on a needs analysis, make an appointment for our sales engineers.
In addition, you will be responsible for following up offers. To do this, you can call seminar participants, for example, and ask to what extent they are interested in our software. Retrieving test versions and pre-qualifying them for our sales engineers is also part of your job.

With us, you will first receive intensive onboarding, so you can quickly and easily find your way around. Our experienced staff will introduce you to your future areas of responsibility. This includes, of course, telephoning itself. In connection with this, you will receive guidelines for selling and convincing our potential customers.
On the first day, you will receive intensive video training as well as an overview of all our processes, and on the second day, you will be able to apply your newly acquired knowledge in practice. Because then, you will start calling your first customers and qualifying them for our sales engineers.
We support you in your work on a regular basis with feedback discussions and weekly meetings. We put ourselves in the roles of setters and customers in order to coach each other. The best practice exchange is our top priority.
