🚀 New Bachelor's Thesis: Structural Analysis and Design of Maintenance Hall at Hamburg Airport ✈️
We are excited to share a fascinating bachelor's thesis on the Structural Analysis and Design of a Maintenance Hall at Hamburg Airport. This new building, designed with precision and functionality in mind, will serve as a maintenance hub for aircraft engines, particularly for various Airbus models.
Key features of the design include:
▪️ A 75 m x 25 m steel maintenance hall, fully enclosed
▪️ 12 m entrance height and a 5° roof slope
▪️ The roof will be intensively greened to promote sustainability and reduce environmental impact
▪️ Focus on achieving visual lightness in the roof structure, despite the functional requirements
This project demonstrates the balance between functionality and aesthetic appeal in a high-demand, specialized environment.
Huge congratulations to the graduate for this impressive and environmentally conscious design! 👏🌿
