Wind Flow on Laterally Open Structures According to DIN 1055-4
Since wind on laterally open structures is not addressed in the Eurocode, the 4 cases of the German DIN 1055 Part 4 are referenced.

In RWIND Simulation, it is possible to divide the model in different zones. On the one hand, different surface roughness can be assigned to the zones. On the other hand, it is possible to evaluate local results better.
- I have defined a wind profile for RWIND Simulation up to a height of 100 m. Is the wind profile dependent on the size of the wind tunnel?
- How can I delete the RWIND Simulation results in an RFEM or RSTAB model?
- Is it possible to display the RWIND Simulation results in ParaView?
- How is the Cp coefficient of the surface result determined in RWIND Simulation?
- How is the entry of the turbulence intensity related to the profile of the turbulence intensity in the RWIND Simulation program?
- Is it possible to use load transfer surfaces in RFEM 6 for wind load generation using RWIND?
- What is the meaning of the difference in the checksum of drag forces?
- Is it possible to export RWIND Simulation results into a GIS software or any other external program?
- I saw somewhere that it is possible to set the ground level for a model in RWIND (for example, for a model with a basement). Unfortunately, I cannot find where to set this.
- Is it possible to keep the results from RWIND Simulation when deleting the FE mesh if I only adjust materials or support conditions?
