The Steel Joints add-on now allows you to export joints as DXF files.
You can find this function in the "Plausibility Check" tab. It exports a 3D DXF file with preset rendering options, taking visibilities into account.
The file can then be opened and edited in CAD programs, such as AutoCAD.
