In the Concrete Foundations add-on, you can use the "Multi-layered | Borehole" definition type to define soil layers, earth covering, and groundwater directly from a soil boring log.
Due to the tabular input of the soil boring log, you can individually define the material, layer thickness, and all relevant geotechnical parameters for each individual soil layer. Then, you can import all soil parameters directly from the soil boring log in the Concrete Foundations add-on. This saves your time and minimizes sources of error.
