You can use the Steel Design and Nonlinear Material Behavior add-ons to perform a design check of the plastic strain for surfaces. The limit value for the maximum allowable plastic strain can be adjusted in the ultimate configuration. The design is carried out for material models with plastic behavior (for example, Isotropic | Plastic (Surfaces/Solids)) and is available for all standards. The design check is displayed as usual and can optionally be printed to the printout report.
