My beam has a continuous lateral support and therefore lateral torsional buckling (LTB) is not a concern. How do I define the effective length?

Answer

In the Effective Length dialog box, you can simply uncheck the "Lateral Torsional Buckling" option to exclude this check in the design add-on.
