Yes, you can also reserve licenses for specific users or prevent certain users from using the licenses.
As an administrator, you can set this up in the Extranet under the respective contacts.
You have two options here:
1) Reserve licenses for a user
Online licenses that are reserved exclusively for the user and cannot be used by other users. If left blank, all licenses are available for use.
2) Exclude licenses for a use
Online licenses that the user is not permitted to select for use.
The first option is suitable, for example, for allowing a team leader to have a license permanently. Only this user can see and select the license.
The second option is suitable, for example, for blocking steel licenses for the timber team and vice versa.
This allows you to control which licenses your users can see and use.
Note: The assignment only takes effect when the license becomes available. An active user cannot be removed from a current license in this way.
