- Become a partner for our customers: You will advise potential new customers on our structural analysis software solutions, convince them of their benefits and win them over. You will analyse customers' specific requirements and work with them to develop individual solutions via various channels such as telephone, email or online meetings (no field sales).
- Successful proposal management: To meet and exceed our customers' expectations, you will be responsible for creating and following up on customized proposals. Conduct crucial negotiations to identify optimal solutions that benefit both parties.
- Building and maintaining your customer base: Over time, you will build your own customer base and retain them for the long term. Become a key point of contact for your customers and keep them informed of new products, events, and promotions.
- Your path to becoming a sales professional: Benefit from numerous lead sources and work only with warm leads (no cold calling). As a member of the sales team, you have access to professional telephone guides and weekly best practice sessions with the entire sales team, which provide an opportunity for mutual coaching.
