In the Concrete Foundations add-on, the “Multi-layered | Soil massif” definition type can also be used in combination with the Geotechnical Analysis add-on.
This allows you to conveniently define the soil layers for multiple foundations using a common soil massif. RFEM automatically determines the layers existing at the respective foundation positions.
This eliminates the need to create a separate borehole for each foundation. This is particularly advantageous for layered soils and models with many single foundations.
