The “Sections” guide object allows you to create planar or box-shaped sections through the modeled structure. The sections are stored in the Navigator – Data and can be shifted or adjusted in the graphics window using handles.
In RFEM and RSTAB, the sections are used for the targeted analysis of partial areas, for checking load distributions, for displaying results in specific planes, and for creating plan and detailed views in the Layout and Drawing (CAD) add-on.
