Preselection

Tips & Tricks

The local coordinate system of a member is particularly important when defining member end releases and member nonlinearities. The definitions follow the orientation of the axes. You can temporarily adjust the visibility of these member axes by means of preselection.

If you select this option, the corresponding coordinate system appears when placing the cursor over a member. You can set this option as well as other settings in the “Project Navigator - Display” section. Use the context menu of the navigator to save the changes or to define them as default.
