This applies to you

  • Completed (master's) degree in structural engineering or mechanical engineering with a focus on construction
  • Ideally, experience in structural design / structural analysis
  • Knowledge of Eurocode calculations
  • Experience with FEM or frame structure software (e.g., ideally with RFEM 6, RSTAB 9, or comparable)
  • Analytical thinking skills, structured way of working, and strong communication skills when interacting with customers and developers
  • You have very good German skills (at least C1) and good to very good English skills (at least B2 to C1), both written and spoken

Your contribution to success

  • You develop new software concepts for modern structural analysis programs (e.g., FEM, frame structures)
  • You are the point of contact for users regarding technical software inquiries and demos
  • You analyze customer feedback and derive specific product improvements
  • You are the central interface between users and software development
  • You test programs and ensure quality through comparative calculations
  • You create technical documentation (manuals, specialist articles, feature descriptions)
  • You present software solutions in webinars, training courses, and at specialist events
