Your Mission at Dlubal Software

As a structural engineer in technical support, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our users in the Solution Engineering department. You’ll help our customers resolve their technical support requests, provide valuable assistance, and share your knowledge through webinars and product demos. At the same time, your feedback will directly yield information for the further development of our products, actively contributing to the improvement of our software and the satisfaction of our users—always true to our motto: “Enjoy structural analysis …”

Your profile

  • You have a degree in civil engineering or similar training
  • You have already acquired initial knowledge of structural design in the various fields of civil engineering (steel, concrete, timber, etc.)
  • You have already gained experience in the use of FEA software (e.g., RFEM, SAP2000, Midas, Straus7, etc.) and CAD (in particular, AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla)
  • You have an excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English

Your tasks

  • You take care of our users in support and assist them via email, phone, and chat with technical inquiries about our programs
  • You create technical articles and FAQs with short explanatory videos
  • You support our sales department with technical questions, training, and demonstrations
  • You present our software at trade fairs, seminars, and informational events
  • You participate in improving the technical part of the manuals and the website
