Your Role at Dlubal Software

As a Technical Support Engineer, you become the essential link between our users and our structural analysis solutions. You learn to master our RFEM and RSTAB software, assist our customers in their projects, and guarantee quality technical support. Your mission will primarily be to help and train our customers to design simple or complex structures in compliance with Eurocodes and other standards, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our software.

Profile Sought

  • You have recently graduated from a program in civil engineering, construction, or structure.
  • You master the basics of the Eurocodes (steel, concrete, timber).
  • You have a good technical understanding and enjoy solving problems.
  • You have a good level of English (oral and written).
  • You are motivated, curious, and enjoy working in a team.

  • Help our customers get the best out of our software and answer their questions with precision and a pedagogical approach.
  • Test our solutions, write reports, and participate in their continuous improvement.
  • Present Dlubal at events and contribute to strengthening our presence in France.
