This challenging steel structure was designed for a new boiler house in Kočevje, Slovenia. The investor, Melamin d.d. Kočevje, replaced an old steam boiler with a new structural system with an output of 9.8 MW, which includes a biomass storage tank, a woodchips transport system, a steam boiler, and an ash collector. The structural project was implemented while the existing boiler was in operation, which posed additional challenges. AG-inženiring d.o.o. was responsible for the project.
