🏢 Office Building of Innovation Factory 2.0 in Heilbronn, Germany 🌿
I'm thrilled to share the Innovation Factory 2.0 project, a newly completed office building located in the Wohlgelegen business park in Heilbronn. This modern, five-story building offers state-of-the-art office spaces for the IT industry, creative sectors, and start-ups, all set in a serene location by the Neckar River.
At the heart of the building is a stunning atrium that stretches to the glass roof, bringing natural light into the space and fostering interaction among occupants.
The structure, with a footprint of around 31 x 31 meters, features timber construction for the above-ground floors, while the stairwells and basement are reinforced concrete. The visible laminated timber roof and wood-concrete composite floors add both architectural elegance and strength. The V-shaped timber facade supports were designed for both aesthetic and structural purposes.
