This X-Train Flying Launch Coaster features a 504 m (1,653.5 ft) steel structure with seven coaster elements, including three inversions.
The entire rail structure was analyzed in RSTAB. Wheel loads and complete dynamic load histories were directly imported from the motion simulation via RS-COM, ensuring full consistency between ride dynamics and the structural model. The analysis was carried out according to both Chinese (GB 50017) and European (EN 1993) standards, covering ultimate limit state (ULS) and detailed fatigue verification.
