Answer:
This task can be solved easily with RFEM:
1.
First, create your structure with surfaces of constant thickness.
2.
Now, double-click the surface to which you want to assign the variable thickness.
3.
In the "Thickness" section of the dialog box, select the "Variable..." option and then click the [Edit] button.
4.
In the "New Variable Thickness" dialog box, define the variable thickness using three edge nodes of the surface.
