Answer:
The deactivation of objects by load case can be implemented as follows:
"Edit Load Case" button → "Load Cases and Combinations" dialog box
"Load Cases" tab → activate "Structure Modification" → Create or Edit New Structure Modification
"Edit Structure Modification" dialog box → "Deactivate Objects"
"Deactivate Objects" tab → deactivate the corresponding objects and create the object selection
Of course, both the structural modification and the object selection can be created independently in advance using the Data navigator:
The structural modifications are located in the "Special Objects" folder and the object selections under Guide Objects.
