Missing Mode Shape Display in STEEL EC3 Calculation

The calculation in STEEL EC3 according to the General Method or after the warping torsion analysis is unsuccessful. Unfortunately, I cannot graphically control the mode shape. Why?

Answer:

To display the mode shape, the calculation must be performed successfully. If this is not possible, either the boundary conditions are incorrect or no stability problem has been found (convergence not reached). No critical buckling shape can then be considered.
