Please try downloading and installing newer drivers for Sentinel HASP using the following link:
https://www.dlubal.com/download/Sentinel_LDK_cmd_line_setup.zip
First, extract the downloaded file. Then uninstall the existing drivers using the remove.cmd file and then please reinstall using install.cmd.
If this does not help, please send the generated text file from the menu Help → Authorization → Diagnostics… to the contact address of customer support corresponding to your region.
