The file for Block Manager is called CTL.dlp by default and is located in the C:\ProgramData\Dlubal\Global\Project Manager\ folder.
If the file is damaged or blocked (for example, by a virus scanner), the error shown in the image is displayed. In this case, we recommend adjusting the virus scanner's filter settings.
To fix the error, search for the file in the specified path. If it is available, select it, and click [Open] to confirm the dialog box. Now, click [Repeat] to confirm the error message. Block Manager should open as usual.
If the file is damaged or cannot be found, download the CTL.dlp under "Downloads" below this FAQ, copy it to the default path, and try the previous selection again.
