Precamber

Helpful Questions & Answers

  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

I have entered the Precamber load type into my model, but it doesn't seem to work. The results show no deformation.

Answer

The problem is that the load does not act in the specified direction but around the specified direction. If the resulting deformation is to be in the vertical direction, the load is entered around the y-axis. As soon as you do that, the resulting deformation shows the precamber.
