ETA-Based Manufacturer-Specific Values for Double-Headed Studs in Punching Shear Design

Can manufacturer-specific values according to ETA be taken into account in RFEM 6 for the punching shear verification with headed studs?


Answer:

For the punching shear verification with double-headed anchor studs as punching shear reinforcement, manufacturer-specific parameters in RFEM 6 can be taken into account in accordance with the respective ETA approvals based on EOTA TR 060 [1].

For the punching shear verification of flat slabs, the resistance increase factor for punching shear is set by default to
kpu,sl = 1.96. If required, this value can be manually adjusted in the design configurations. (see image Tragfähigkeitskonfiguration für EOTA-Bemessung)

For the verification of slabs on grade or isolated foundations, the default preset factor kpu,fo = 1.50 can also be adjusted depending on the product system used or in accordance with individual design requirements. (see image Tragfähigkeitskonfiguration für EOTA-Bemessung)

The product-specific values for γs, β, and k1/k2 can also be adjusted individually.
