Variable Radial Loading on Circular Sectors

In RFEM, loads can be freely defined on surfaces. It is not possible, though, to define a variable loading on, for example, circular surfaces. However, with a little trick you can create this type of loading after all. To do this, use a free circular load.

In the dialog box for free circular loads, you can also apply the load as linearly variable over the radius. If you want this load to act only on a single sector, the circular sector must be converted into a single surface before applying the load. In this way, you can apply the free circular load only to this circular sector.
