Select the "Apply changes in model" check box to adjust the model nodes lying within the grid nodes of the line grid according to the input parameters. The changes have no impact on all the other nodes lying outside these grid points.

The direct interface with Revit allows you to update the Revit model according to the changes you have made in RFEM or RSTAB.
