In the Steel Joints add-on, you can take the shear transfer between a base plate and a concrete block into account by using a shear lug.
Standardized and thin-walled I-, H-, U-, T-, L-sections and circular sections, as well as flat bars, are available as cross-sections for this purpose. The lugs can be arranged in the center of the base plate or eccentrically.
