Question

What does the "Group" denotation mean when defining a new result combination?

Answer:

In the "Group" column, you can see how the individual load cases are combined into groups, and thus considered in the combination criterion.

In the example image, Load Case 3 to Load Case 6 are assigned to Group 1. Load Case 14 and Load Case 15 belong to Group 2. You can also imagine brackets around these groups:
1.35*LC1/s + 1.5*LC2 + (1.5*LC3 or up to LC6) + (1.5*LC14 or 1.5*LC15)

The group numbers make it easier to understand the combination, especially in the case of combinations with several AND/OR operations.
