Material Allocation for Hybrid SHAPE-THIN Cross-Sections

The material allocation for hybrid SHAPE‑THIN cross‑sections can be easily selected in RFEM and RSTAB. The prerequisite for that is the allocation of different materials to the cross‑section elements in SHAPE‑THIN. Then you can choose any material for the elements in the ‘Edit Cross-Section’ dialog box. The elements are marked with a number that serves the purpose of allocation. Then the ideal cross‑section properties are determined using the reference material.
