Your Awards Ceremony in Frankfurt

The winners of the DACH group will be invited to present their project to a specialist audience at the Dlubal Community Day in Frankfurt on 27/10/2026 and receive their award in person.

Take the opportunity to make your work visible, establish valuable contacts, and exchange ideas with other Dlubal users.

  • Attend in person: Present your project live at the Dlubal Community Day in Frankfurt.
  • Attend online: Cannot be there in person? No problem. The winners have the option to present their project via live broadcast.

Submission Criteria

Projects involving all types of structures are welcome. Please make sure your project meets the following requirements:

Location

The project was planned or implemented by a company with headquarters in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.

Software

The project was modeled and calculated using RFEM 6 by Dlubal Software.

Project Status

The building (or at least the shell) is completed. Please note: Excluded are works that have already been published as part of our customer projects.

Required Documents

Please submit a project description, meaningful photos, and the RFEM model file. The models will be published on our platforms but will neither be made available for download nor passed on to third parties.

Where and how will the winners be announced?

The winners of the DACH group will be announced and honored as part of the Dlubal Community Day in Frankfurt. The award winners will have the opportunity to present their project to a professional audience and receive their award in person.

If you are unable to attend on site, a presentation via live video connection is possible.

In addition, all winning projects will be featured on dlubal.com and will receive their own spotlight article.

All winners will be contacted by our team in good time by e-mail with further information.

What happens in the event of a tie?

If multiple projects tie for the same place, the prize money for that prize tier will be divided equally among the participants involved.

The placement itself remains unchanged.

Are there any obligations if my project wins?

Yes. The winners work together with the Dlubal team to create a case study about their award-winning project.

The case study is intended to present your project and your work to a broad professional audience. Our team will support you in its creation.

Who is eligible to enter the contest?

Eligible to participate are companies with their headquarters in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland that are registered customers of Dlubal Software and use RFEM 6.

Please note that projects created with a trial version or a student license are not permitted for participation – likewise, works that have already been published as part of our Customer projects.

The submitted project must have been modeled and calculated with RFEM 6. The structure must be completed or be in the completion phase; in any case, the shell construction must be finished.

For participation, we require a project description, meaningful photos, and the RFEM model file.

Who is eligible to vote on the projects?

The voting is open to all registered members of the Dlubal Community – regardless of the country in which they are based.

Registration is free and takes less than two minutes. Each registered member of the Dlubal Community has two votes – one for the DACH group and one for the International group.

This is how the Dlubal Community itself decides which projects will be the winners of the Dlubal Community Awards 2026.
