The winners in the DACH group will be invited to present their project to an audience of experts on October 27, 2026 at the Dlubal Community Day in Frankfurt and to accept their award in person.

  • Attend online: Can’t make it in person? No problem. Winners have the opportunity to present their project remotely.

Submission Criteria

Projects involving all types of structures are welcome. Please make sure your project meets the following requirements:

Location

The project was planned or implemented by a company with headquarters in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.

Software

The project was modeled and calculated using RFEM 6 by Dlubal Software.

Project Status

The building (or at least the shell) is complete. Please note: Work that has already been published as part of our customer projects is excluded.

Required Documents

Please submit a project description, compelling photos, and the RFEM model file.
The model file is intended solely for internal review by Dlubal. It will not be published, made available for download, or shared with third parties.

FAQ | Everything You Need to Know

Where and how will the winners be announced?

The winners from the DACH region will be announced and honored during the Dlubal Community Day in Frankfurt. The winners will have the opportunity to present their project to an audience of industry professionals and accept their award in person.

If you are unable to attend in person, you may present via live video link.

In addition, all winning projects will be featured on dlubal.com and will receive their own spotlight article.

Our team will contact all winners via email in a timely manner with further information.

What happens in the event of a tie?

If multiple projects tie for the same place, the prize money for that prize tier will be divided equally among the participants involved.

The placement itself remains unchanged.

Are there any obligations if my project wins?

Yes. The winners will work with the Dlubal team to create a case study on their award-winning project.

The case study is intended to showcase your project and your work to a broad professional audience. Our team will assist you in creating it.

Who is eligible to enter the contest?

Eligible to participate are companies headquartered in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland that are registered customers of Dlubal Software and use RFEM 6.

Please note that projects created using a trial version or a student license are not eligible for participation — nor are projects that have already been published as part of our customer projects.

The submitted project has to be modeled and calculated using RFEM 6. The structure should be completed or nearing completion; in any case, the structural shell must be finished.

To participate, it is necessary to provide a project description, informative photos, and the RFEM model file.

Who is eligible to vote on the projects?

The voting is open to all registered members of the Dlubal Community – regardless of the country in which they are based.

Registration is free and takes less than two minutes. Each registered member of the Dlubal Community has two votes – one for the DACH group and one for the International group.

This is how the Dlubal Community itself decides which projects will be the winners of the Dlubal Community Awards 2026.
