As a civil engineer in technical support, you are the central point of contact for our users in the field of Solution Engineering. You support our customers in solving their technical software inquiries, provide valuable assistance, and share your knowledge through webinars and product demos. At the same time, your feedback directly contributes to the development of our products, thereby actively improving the software and enhancing user satisfaction—always true to the motto: "Engineering that is fun...."
