The model shows an oval, four-story timber building in St. Georgen, which was erected in just four weeks. A concrete core was not used at all for the building bracing, and only solid cross-laminated timber walls were used. The calculations in RFEM were carried out by Isenmann Ingenieur GmbH. The clients are EGT Energie GmbH, while Ketterer Architekten and Holzbau Bendler are further project partners. The focus here is on sustainability and energy efficiency.
