The complex in HafenCity Hamburg demonstrates modern reinforced concrete frame construction and includes an 18-storey office tower, a seven-storey office building, a nine-storey residential building, and a two-storey underground garage. The 9,100 m² site, close to the river, required consideration of multi-storey effects and implementation of vibration decoupling above the U4 underground line. Dlubal's customer grbv.de was responsible for structural design and used grbv RFEM for structural analysis. The model is a 3D model (© grbv) located in Germany in the solid construction sector.
