The model complex in HafenCity Hamburg shows modern reinforced concrete skeleton construction and includes an 18-story office tower, a seven-story office building, a nine-story residential building, and a two-story underground parking garage. The 9100 m² property, close to the river, required the consideration of multi-story influences and the implementation of a vibration decoupling above the U4 subway line. The Dlubal customer grbv.de was responsible for the structural design and used grbv RFEM for the structural analysis. The model has been created as a 3D model (© grbv) of a concrete structure in Germany.
