In this example, a 50 m long bridge is modeled, which is driven over by a 30 t truck. In addition to the truck, a surface load of 5 kN/m acts on both lanes, but without any influence in the immediate vicinity of the truck.
The Moving Load wizard allows you to generate individual load positions from load models and also simulate the truck load driving onto and off the bridge. This procedure allows for the precise analysis of load distributions and their effects on the bridge structure.
