Structural Design of Semi-Detached House in Solid Timber Construction

In addition to the requirements of the Mechtersen development plan and the flexible service factor for future residents of the planned building, an economical timber structure is desired, which differs from the usual construction methods in northern Germany, and increases the quality of living.
