True to the motto "anticipation is half the pleasure," there was extensive planning and preparation.
On December 16, 2022, the time had finally come. Over forty employees from the Leipzig, Munich, and Tiefenbach offices, as well as from the home office, met at the "Zum deutscher Eck" inn in the heart of the tranquil town of Tiefenbach, Germany.
After a short greeting, it was said: Ready, set, go! In addition to special Christmas pastries, there was warming coffee, delicious cakes, and plenty of time for relaxed small talk among colleagues.
Then it got a little more formal. Daniel Dlubal gave a short address and after looking back on the year 2022, honors followed. Employees who had achieved a milestone anniversary at Dlubal Software received a festive award. So many years of loyalty are definitely a reason to celebrate!
The mood changed from formal to exuberant when the real highlight of the evening was unveiled: a photo box. Glasses, signs, and other props made for clever disguises and interesting snapshots of our employees. We definitely had a lot of fun!
At dinner together, people feasted and enjoyed themselves in a festive atmosphere. After the starter, main course, and dessert buffet, we ended the evening with relaxed conversation and one or more warming drinks.
It was truly a unique experience, and we are already looking forward to next year!
