My softlock license is not available, what can I do?

Answer:
Thank you for your inquiry. Please try the following first:

1.
Run RFEM/RSTAB as an administrator by clicking the icon on the right and selecting "Run as Administrator."

2.
Import the Author.ini file again, and then restart the program.

3.
If this does not work, send me the authorization.txt file that you can create via Help → Authorization → Diagnostics. 

Have you changed the hardware of your computer, the computer or the operating system, or reinstalled it since the last working activation?
