More than 282,517 ft³ of cross-laminated timber and approximately 123,601 ft³ of glued laminated beams were used for the construction work. Both the architecturally sophisticated design and the complex structural calculation were penned by ATP Architects and Engineers, an Austrian customer of Dlubal Software. The structural analysis was created under the leadership of Dipl.‑Ing. Gustav Trefil.
