Is it possible to model line supports in RSTAB in order to simulate a linear foundation under a beam, for example?

The 'Member Elastic Foundation' feature allows for an elastic support of a member along its entire length.

In this way, you can model beams with an elastic foundation by considering soil properties, for example. If the foundation is not effective under tensile or compressive stress, nonlinear effects can be considered in the calculation.
