There can be many reasons for this.
The most likely cause is that the file is too large to upload.
The maximum file size is 100 MB. Partial results may already be available. Delete the FE mesh and try to start the cloud calculation again.
Your firewall may be preventing RFEM from setting up the Internet connection to the calculation server. In this case, check the firewall settings and contact your administrator, if necessary.
